I am ready to take on the challenge by @david Goggins. Globally everyone will start and finish at the same time. I will be running 6.4kms evey 4 hours for 48 hours.
Run Times 3pm, 7pm, 11pm, 3am, 7am, 11am 3pm and so on - for 48 hours.
Starts tomorrow 3PM - 4x4x48 hour challenge. Run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours
